Job summary

QUESS SELECTION & SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a production operator to operate module-packaging, assembly, inspection and testing equipment according to approved work instructions.

The role involves loading materials, performing basic machine checks, visual inspection and recording outputs. The ideal candidate has secondary education or equivalent (NITEC/Higher NITEC) and is comfortable working in a cleanroom environment with good attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Secondary education or equivalent (NITEC/Higher NITEC) is required.
• Experience in electronics, semiconductor, assembly or precision manufacturing is a plus.
• Able to follow instructions and work carefully.
• Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment.
• Good attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills.
• Willing to work rotating shifts, including night shifts, weekends and public holidays when required.

Responsibilities

• Operate module-packaging, assembly, inspection and testing equipment according to approved work instructions.
• Load and unload materials during production.
• Perform basic machine checks and cleaning.
• Conduct visual inspection and check product quality.
• Record production output and inspection results.
• Report machine issues or defective products to the supervisor.
• Follow work instructions, safety, quality, cleanroom and ESD requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness and good housekeeping at the workplace.
• Support other production activities as required.
