Job summary

MICRON SEMICONDUCTOR ASIA OPERATIONS PTE. LTD. seeks an AQ/QA-focused QMSEngineer to strengthen cleanroom controls, ESD qualification, and contamination investigations. You will monitor environmental parameters, lead CAPA actions, and collaborate with fab teams to sustain wafer yield and product reliability.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, AI-enabled analysis, and adherence to ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and ANSI/ESD S20.20 standards for global quality governance.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering related to semiconductor manufacturing.
• Hands-on ability with cleanroom equipment setup and basic tool qualification.
• Structured, data-driven approaches (SPC/DOE/FMEA) to evaluate issues.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled automation tools (Python, Power BI, Power Automate).
• Strong analytical, communication skills and growth mindset.
• Internship or experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control cleanroom environmental parameters to meet strict specs.
• Execute ESD qualification and certification for FOAK tools and materials.
• Lead investigations into contamination events and implement CAPA.
• Develop and enforce contamination control and environmental monitoring protocols.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Operations, Process Integration, Equipment Engineering, and Facilities.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and ANSI/ESD S20.20 standards.
• Apply AI analytics and RPA to automate data collection and improve efficiency.
