Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield Singapore is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations, supervise staff, and ensure high service standards across client sites. You will monitor schedules, manage inventory, liaise with clients, and support the Cleaning Manager while upholding safety procedures and professional conduct at all times.

This role requires a Diploma in a related field and prior experience in facilities management.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Administration or Operations Management (preferred).
• Proven experience in an operations or management role, preferably within cleaning or facilities management.

• Minimize wastage and ensure efficient usage of cleaning consumables.
• Support HQ's direction in increasing manpower productivity and minimizing costs.
• Adhere to cleaning SOPs and time schedules.
• Improve personal work competency and meet company stipulated cleaning benchmarks.
• Communicate with supervisor on challenges and attend required training modules.
• Comply with safety procedures and report unsafe conditions promptly.
• Relay customer feedback to supervisor and maintain professional conduct with customers.

• To maintain professional conduct with customers at all times
• Ensure adhoc instructions by supervisors are promptly attend to at all times.

About you:

• Diploma in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in an operations or management role, preferably within the cleaning or facilities management industry.
