Job summary

WEISHEN INDUSTRIAL SERVICES PTE LTD is seeking an Operations Assistant to support the Operations Manager. The role involves coordinating cleaning projects, executing logistics, and ensuring safety and efficiency in daily operations.

You will perform risk assessments at sites, review work orders for timely completion, and provide on-the-job training to cleaners to maintain high service standards. Driving duties may be required with a Class 3 license.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating cleaning operations and logistics.
• Ability to perform risk assessments at job sites.
• Experience reviewing work orders to ensure timely completion.
• Ability to provide on-the-job training and maintain competency of staff.
• Experience monitoring manpower attendance and deployment planning.
• Record-keeping for equipment, stores, materials, and PPE.
• Experience liaising with clients and cascading requests to teams.
• Familiarity with safety meetings and operations/debriefs.

Responsibilities

• Assist Operations Manager in projects, coordinate, and execute cleaning processes and logistics.
• Perform Risk Assessment at jobsite.
• Review work orders to ensure timely completion of assignments.
• Provide guidance and on-the-job training to cleaners; ensure team competency.
• Monitor manpower attendance and daily deployment planning.
• Record keeping of equipment, stores, materials, and PPE.
• Liaise with clients on requests; cascade to relevant work crew.
• Participate in operations meetings to share feedback on operations and safety.
• Possess valid Class 3 Driving License.
