Job summary

DAN HANA SALON PTE. LTD. is seeking an Operations Assistant to support the daily running and management of cleaning operations in Singapore. The role includes supervising Cleaning Staff, training, and ensuring hygiene and safety standards are upheld.

There is a focus on teamwork, problem-solving, and flexibility for weekend and public holiday shifts, with most duties performed on-site in a standing position. You will report to the Operations Manager and contribute to a clean, safe environment.

Qualifications

• Flexible for weekend & PH day shift.
• Most time would be standing for operation assistance.
• Teamwork & problem-solving orientation.

Responsibilities

• Assist Operations Manager in daily running and management.
• Supervise Cleaning Staff: training, instructing, and managing workflow.
• Undertake cleaning of designated areas to ensure cleanliness and hygiene for the public.
• Ensure Cleaning Staff work meets health & safety requirements and regulations.
• Perform cleaning tasks: sweeping, vacuuming, emptying bins.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed and staff take extra precautions.
• Daily report to line manager or authority of any dangerous situations or health & safety shortcomings.
