Job summary

CALLISTA STUDIO @ SPA PTE. LTD. is seeking an Operations Support / Cleaning Supervisor to assist the Operations Manager in daily running and management of the front-line team.

You will supervise Cleaning Staff, train and coordinate workflow, perform cleaning of designated areas to maintain hygiene, and ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations. Weekend shifts and standing for long periods are required; strong teamwork and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Weekend & PH day shift required.
• Most time spent standing for operation support.
• Teamwork and problem-solving orientation.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Operations Manager in daily running and management.
• Supervise Cleaning Staff, including training and directing workflow.
• Attend to cleaning of designated areas to maintain hygiene for the public.
• Ensure Cleaning Staff work meets health, safety and regulatory standards.
• Perform cleaning tasks: sweeping, vacuuming, and bin emptying.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed and precautions are taken.
• Provide daily reports to the line manager about hazards or safety gaps.
