Job summary

CALLISTA STUDIO PTE. LTD. is seeking a Cleaning Operations Assistant to support the Operations Manager in daily running and management of cleaning tasks. The role involves supervising staff, training, and ensuring hygiene across designated areas.

You will also ensure compliance with health and safety standards and provide daily hazard reports to your line manager. Weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
• Able to stand for long periods during shifts.
• Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Operations Manager in daily running and management.
• Supervise cleaning staff, train and manage workflow.
• Clean designated areas to maintain hygiene and safety.
• Ensure staff comply with health and safety requirements.
• Clean, sweep and vacuum areas; empty bins as needed.
• Report hazards or safety concerns to supervisor daily.
