Job summary

The role involves supervising training, ensuring hygiene in designated areas, and maintaining safe, efficient workflow across shifts. You will ensure all health and safety regulations are followed, monitor staff performance, and promptly report any hazards or incidents to the line manager.

• Standing for operation assistance.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Operations Manager in daily running and management.
• Supervise the Cleaning Staff, including training, instructing and managing workflow.
• Undertake the cleaning of designated areas to ensure they are clean and hygienic for the public.
• Ensure all Cleaning Staff work meets health and safety requirements.
• Perform cleaning tasks: sweeping, vacuuming, emptying bins.
• Enforce health and safety regulations and precautions in the workplace.
• Report dangerous situations or shortcomings in safety regulations to the line manager.
