Job summary

ABSOLUTE MAINTENANCE SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking an on-site Cleaning Operations Lead to plan and execute daily cleaning activities, supervise a team of supervisors and cleaners, and ensure service quality meets KPIs.

You will act as the main point of contact for service requests while maintaining safety standards and reporting results. The ideal candidate will have a valid Class 3 license, a degree or diploma in a relevant field, and at least two years of cleaning industry experience.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 3 Driving License.
• Degree or Diploma in a relevant field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of related working experience in cleaning industry.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily on-site assessments to plan schedule and execute cleaning operations.
• Manage and lead a team of Supervisors, Team Leaders, and Cleaners to deliver high-quality cleaning services within budget and KPIs.
• Serve as the primary contact for service requests and customer feedback, driving improvement in service levels.
• Apply Workplace Health and Safety standards to maintain a safe working environment.
• Analyze operational data to identify opportunities for efficiency in cleaning processes.
• Communicate professionally via email and other channels to coordinate tasks and report service outcomes.
• Demonstrate autonomy by managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Utilize PC and smart device proficiency to support operational management and reporting.
