Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff across assigned sites.
Plan daily cleaning schedules and allocate work to cleaners.
Inspect completed work for quality and compliance with health, safety, and cleanliness standards.
Ensure proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Handle client feedback, requests, and service issues promptly.
Conduct site risk assessments and safety compliance.
Manage inventory and place orders for supplies.
Provide on-the-job training and evaluations for cleaning staff.
Monitor attendance and prepare duty rosters.
Oversee waste disposal and recycling procedures.
Assist in deep cleaning tasks when required.
Follow company SOPs and MOM cleaning requirements.
