Job summary

NAIGAI NITTO SINGAPORE PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a reliable cleaner to maintain hygienic workspaces across open offices, conference areas and kitchen spaces.

You will perform daily duties including emptying bins, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, sanitizing surfaces, cleaning kitchen appliances, and seasonal deep cleaning. The role requires punctuality and the ability to work independently, with lifting up to 10–15 kg.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with safe handling and dilution of cleaning agents, surface-safe sanitizers and basic cleaning machinery.
• High punctuality, attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision.
• Ability to stand, bend, stretch, lift and carry cleaning supplies or waste bags weighing up to 10-15kg.

Responsibilities

• Empty all personal desk bins, common area trash cans, and dispose of waste at designated disposal areas.
• Vacuum carpeted areas, runners and rugs across open plan offices, conference rooms and executive suites.
• Sweep, mop and disinfect hard floors using appropriate cleaning agents.
• Dust and wipe open surfaces, including reception counters, coffee tables, window sills and shared peripherals.
• Clean and disinfect dining tables, food preparation areas and sink basins.
• Wash, dry and put away shared mugs, glasses, and utensils left in sinks.
• Wipe down the exterior and interior kitchen appliances, including microwaves, refrigerators, coffee machines and water dispensers.
• Clean glass surfaces, including entrance doors, interior meeting rooms and low level interior windows to remove fingerprints and smudges.
• Perform seasonal cleaning tasks (e.g refrigerator defrosting, deep cabinet wipe downs).
