Job summary

A day in the life includes cleaning routines across the club, tidying bathrooms, keeping studios sparkling before classes, and stocking gear-up areas while prioritising safety and great service for members and team members.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in cleaning or hospitality.
• Neat-freak reputation and willingness to work non-traditional hours.
• Able to support in emergency situations and maintain a sparkling environment.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain bathrooms to create a spotless changeroom experience.
• Ensure studios are sparkling before each class; clean equipment and mirrors.
• Prepare gear-up area items (gloves, cleats) as needed for members.
• Advocate safety and maintain an overall safe environment for members and staff.
• Report issues requiring a technical fix and manage cleaning stock with regular counts.
• Ensure all member interactions are warm, queries answered, and feedback handled.
• Find ways to provide additional help, especially in unexpected situations.

• You have 2+ years of relevant experience, a neat-freak reputation, flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule and willing to support in an emergency situation.
• You have aligned experience. You love to create a glistening clean environment for all. You know what it’s like to work with a high profile consumer brand and the value of a well-oiled machine. You may also have some hospitality sector experience. A+ for you.

A day in the life

• Work to a pre-programmed pattern of cleaning throughout the club.
• Tidy, polish and scrub the bathroom areas to create a spotless and shiny changeroom experience for members.
• Ensure the studios are sparkling before each class by cleaning all equipment (bikes, boxing bags, weights etc) and wiping the mirrors and floor so they’re flawless.
• Assist with the Cleaning and preparation of the equipment required by each member in the gear-up area (boxing gloves, cleats, etc) in line with our customer experience.
• Advocate safety and ensure an overall safe environment for members and team members.
• Report any issues or faults you find that require a technical fix.
• Closely manage all cleaning needs stock and conduct regular stock counts to ensure everything is accounted for and all items are in good state of repair/not expired.
• Ensure all interactions are warm, queries are answered and feedback handled effectively.
• Find ways to give that little bit extra… especially when it’s unexpected.
