Responsibilities

• Observe instructions from Superior/Company in transporting items/equipment.
• Plan and coordinate transportation and delivery of goods to customers.
• Maintain and update delivery schedules to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Responsible for loading and unloading of items/equipment.
• Accountable for items delivered with proper documentation.
• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving and dispatching goods.
• Ensure goods are properly labelled and stored to prevent damage.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure warehouse complies with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse.
• Adhere to safety procedures and best practices.

• Working day: Monday to Friday (Normal Working Hours)

Job Responsibilities

• To observe instruction/direction from Superior/Company strictly in transporting items/equipment: proper packaging of items in safe and secured manner, strict timeline compliance, location, items & etc
• Plan and coordinate transportation and delivery of goods to internal and external customers, ensuring timely deliveries and efficient routes
• Maintain and update delivery schedules, ensuring products are delivered on time
• To be responsible in loading and unloading of items/equipment
• To be responsible for safety and full accountability of items delivered with proper documentation
• To ensure safety and full accountability of items delivered with proper documentation
• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods
• Ensure goods are properly labelled, stored, and protected to prevent damage
• Monitor inventory levels, perform regular stock checks, and maintain accurate records in warehouse management systems
• Ensure warehouse complies with health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse, minimizing hazards and ensuring safe work environments
• Adhere to safety procedures, equipment handling, and best practices
