Job summary

MTC CONSULTING PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a field service technician to troubleshoot, repair, install, and maintain vending machines, payment systems, and related equipment at customer sites in Tuas.

The role requires hands-on technical skills and the ability to work Monday to Saturday as needed. You will perform preventive maintenance, test new machines, and assist with relocations, while following safety procedures and using PPE.

Qualifications

• Experience repairing air-con or vending machines.
• Must possess Class 3 License.
• Willingness to OT when required.
• Based in Tuas, Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, service, and maintain vending machines, payment systems, and related equipment.
• Install, program, test, and commission new vending machines.
• Perform preventive maintenance and replace refrigeration or ice maker components when required.
• Support workshop repairs and assist with vending machine relocation.
• Ensure proper maintenance of company vehicle, tools, and equipment.
• Follow safety procedures and wear the required PPE at customer sites.
• Assist with minor electrical, plumbing, and air-conditioning repairs when needed.
• Respond to urgent breakdowns and work overtime when required.
