Job summary

E TECH BUSINESS SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking Claims Officers to support bill and claim verification, appeal reviews, enquiry handling, data management and administrative activities for our outsourced programme.

The successful candidates will review submitted information and supporting documents, handle enquiries, maintain accurate records and support the overall delivery of the scheme. Work location is Singapore.

Qualifications

• GCE A' Level with at least 3 passes, Diploma, or recognised equivalent qualification.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in bill/claim verification, appeal reviews, enquiry handling, data management or customer service.
• Experience in checking documents, processing data, handling enquiries or performing administrative functions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; meticulous with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Verify bills and claims for accuracy and completeness.
• Check supporting documents against system records.
• Review appeals by assessing documents and drafting review templates.
• Provide recommendations based on information and documentation.
• Respond to inbound calls and handle enquiries professionally.
• Process and manage large data volumes with accuracy.
• Prepare reports and assist with data analysis and reconciliation.
• Perform administrative tasks related to scheme operations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in relevant systems.
• Identify discrepancies and follow up on missing information.
• Ensure work is completed within timelines and service standards.
• Follow established procedures and confidentiality requirements.
