Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Claims Advisor in Singapore to manage accident reporting and liaise with insurers on motor claims. This on-site role operates a 5.25-day workweek, with hours 8am–7pm on weekdays and alternate Saturday mornings.

You will review vehicle repair histories, conduct bodywork inspections, perform administrative duties related to costing, claims, and maintenance records, and support the team with ad hoc tasks. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 3 Driving License
• Experience in motor claims in workshop would be an added advantage
• Training provided

• Liaise with insurance companies on motor claims and accident-related matters.
• Review vehicle repair histories and highlight abnormalities or recurring issues to the supervisor.
• Conduct inspections of vehicles undergoing bodywork and paint repair services.
• Perform administrative duties related to vehicle costing, insurance claims, and maintenance records.
• Support the team with other ad hoc tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

• Salary: $2,800 - $3,400
• Working Location: Benoi x1 / Ubi x1
• Working days & hours: 5.25 days work week (mon – fri 8am – 7pm, alternate sat 8am – 1pm)
