Job summary

AIA is seeking a claims professional to support assigned channels with full claims advisory, focusing on timely settlements and accurate responses. Responsibilities include processing settlements, interacting with brokers, corporate clients, OSS, TPAs, and providers; performing claims audits and data analysis to identify trends.

The ideal candidate has a degree in business or related field and at least three years in Employee Benefits or Medical Claims, with strong analytics and communication

Qualifications

• Degree in Business or related discipline.
• 3+ years in Employee Benefits Claims, Medical Claims or third-party administration management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable with digitalization and operational systems.
• Good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to multi-task, meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process and decide on claim settlements and approve within authority limit.
• Ensure all enquiries are responded in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with brokers/corporate clients/OSS on claims matters and enquiries/complaints.
• Liaise with healthcare providers and TPAs; present claim processes to clients.
