Job summary

Prudential Hong Kong Limited in Singapore is seeking a Claims Administration Support professional to work closely with the Team Lead and Claims Assessors. You will handle inpatient claims processing, data entry, and ensure timely adjudication within SLA while maintaining documentation quality.

You will liaise with hospitals, Financial Consultants, BDMs, and customer-fronting teams, and support compliance with MOH and internal SOPs.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline; healthcare, business, or administration preferred.
• Experience in claims processing, healthcare administration, or insurance operations is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with strong administrative skills may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end administrative tasks for inpatient claims processing with high accuracy.
• Review and log incoming claims; categorize documents.
• Coordinate with hospitals, Financial Consultants, and BDMs to obtain missing documents.
• Update claims systems and maintain audit-ready documentation.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
