Qualifications

• Diploma holder with a minimum of 2 years in claims administration or client servicing within the insurance industry.
• Certifications such as BCP, PGI, ComGI, and HI are advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Organised and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Attend to client enquiries via phone and email, providing support on claims and pre-authorisation.
• Communicate with members about insurance policies and claims status.
• Clarify and investigate claims issues with HR, employees, and account managers.
• Manage claims appeals with insurers and explore resolution avenues.
• Process pre-authorisation requests and liaise with clinics and providers.
• Handle direct billing and e-claims enquiries for Key Account members.
• Clarify benefits and coverage with insurers and update records.
• Maintain accurate claims records and timely status updates.
• Assist in preparing service and claims reports and client handbooks.
• Support team in updating insurers' direct billing facilities and provider lists.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
