Job summary

RMR INTERNATIONAL PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a capable civil/construction professional to manage site coordination tasks across multiple projects in Singapore. You will lead site teams, prepare technical submissions, and monitor progress to meet schedule and quality requirements.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline, with 3+ years of relevant experience and familiarity with local regulations and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in civil engineering or construction projects.
• Experience in building works, structural works, roadworks, drainage, earthworks, concrete works, or infrastructure projects is preferred.
• Knowledge of Singapore construction regulations, BCA requirements, and workplace safety standards is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Prepare method statements, progress reports, project schedules, and technical submissions.
• Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with specifications and timelines.
• Assist in planning and coordinating construction activities across multiple project sites.

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Experience in building works, structural works, roadworks, drainage, earthworks, concrete works, or infrastructure projects is preferred.
• Good understanding of construction methods, materials, technical drawings, and project specifications.
• Knowledge of Singapore construction regulations, BCA requirements, and workplace safety standards is preferred.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office, and other relevant engineering software.
• Able to prepare method statements, progress reports, project schedules, and technical submissions.
• Strong planning, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Able to work independently and perform effectively under project deadlines.
• Willing to travel between project sites and work extended hours when required.
• Possession of relevant safety certifications will be an advantage.
