INTUIT RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is assisting a manufacturing client in Singapore to hire a Technical Support Engineer for their Southwest location.

This permanent role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with 8:30am–6:00pm hours and a salary package up to SGD 5,200 plus bonus. Responsibilities include providing engineering solutions and technical support to customers and sales teams, handling enquiries, preparing proposals and cost estimates, coordinating orders, and supporting business development

Qualifications

Diploma in Civil, Structural or Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
Training will be provided for inexperienced candidates.
Familiar with MS Office, CAD and Revit.

Responsibilities

Provide engineering solutions and technical support to customers and internal teams, including proposals, drawings and cost estimates.
Respond to technical enquiries from clients, architects, consultants and contractors during pre-sales and post-sales stages.
Assist in developing practical engineering solutions using structural calculations and relevant design standards to meet project requirements.
Process and coordinate customer orders.
Support business development by giving technical presentations and engaging consultants to secure product specifications.
Collaborate with internal teams to align customer requirements with product capabilities and drive product improvement.
