Job summary

WSH EXPERTS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Civil & Structural supervision professional to oversee the Changi Runway 3 residual airfield works.

The role requires supervising and coordinating multiple contractors, ensuring compliance with contract requirements, approved drawings, specifications, and authority regulations. You will conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, workmanship and quality, while upholding WSH standards, permits to work, and safe operating practices.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising civil and structural works on live projects.
• Ability to monitor workmanship and ensure compliance with drawings and specs.
• You can identify non-conformances and coordinate resolutions with contractors.

Responsibilities

• Provide Civil & Structural supervision for Changi Runway 3 residual airfield works.
• Supervise and monitor contractors to ensure compliance with contract requirements, drawings, specifications, and authority regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections and monitor construction progress, workmanship and quality.
• Monitor WSH requirements, including safe work practices, permits to work, and unsafe acts/conditions.
• Identify and report site non-compliances, safety issues and construction defects to the Officer-in-Charge (OIC).
• Coordinate with contractors and project stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of works.
• Maintain site records, inspection reports and photographs.
• Ensure all works are carried out safely, within schedule, and in accordance with project requirements.
• Work closely with the supervision team and report daily site matters to the OIC.
