Job summary

LONG HUI CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee civil and structural works at our project sites in Singapore.

You will ensure works align with approved drawings, specifications and schedules while coordinating daily activities with the project team and site personnel. You will review drawings, monitor progress, conduct site inspections and address quality or safety issues in collaboration with the project team.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Singapore's civil, construction or structural projects.
• Experience in site supervision and civil & structural works preferred.
• Proficient in CAD software and able to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Good communication with a strong sense of responsibility and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor civil and structural works on site according to drawings and specs.
• Coordinate daily construction activities with project team and site personnel.
• Monitor progress to meet project schedule and standards.
• Review civil/structural drawings and identify discrepancies.
• Conduct regular site inspections for workmanship and compliance.
• Address non-conformance and quality issues with the team.
• Ensure safety requirements and company procedures are followed.
• Assist in resolving technical and site coordination issues.
