Job summary

WSH EXPERTS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee Civil & Structural works on-site in Singapore.

The role requires 5 years of relevant supervision experience, a BCSS certificate, and a related diploma or WSH qualification. Preference given to candidates with Changi Airport/airside exposure and strong documentation practices. The candidate will ensure statutory compliance, manage safety, supervision, and progress reporting, and coordinate with contractors and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a Site Supervisor
• BCSS Certificate is mandatory
• Diploma/Certificate in WSH or related qualification preferred
• Changi Airport / Airside working experience is preferred
• Familiar with statutory requirements, site supervision, quality control, construction administration and progress reporting
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Able to maintain proper site records and progress documentation
• Proactive in resolving site issues and able to work effectively as part of a team
• Must be willing to perform shift work
• Must be able to pass security screening and be eligible for an Airside Pass

Responsibilities

• Provide site supervision for Civil & Structural works
• Supervise site survey, lifting, utility detection and excavation works
• Monitor construction quality, safety and compliance
• Check permits-to-work and report unsafe acts, unsafe conditions and non-compliances
• Maintain proper site records, photographs and progress documentation
• Coordinate with contractors and relevant project stakeholders
• Attend day/night works and urgent site activities when required
