Job summary

UNITED HR ASIA PTE. LTD. seeks a construction support professional to assist the site manager in supervising daily activities on the construction site, ensuring work aligns with plans and schedules.

You will monitor civil and structural progress to keep the project on track and enforce safety protocols on site. You will also coordinate workers, subcontractors, and vendors, oversee daily operations, and help develop civil and structural plans, schedules and budgets to support timely completion

Responsibilities

• Assist site manager/project manager in supervising daily activities on the construction site, ensuring work is carried out efficiently and according to project plans and schedules.
• Monitor and track the progress of civil and structural work to ensure adherence to project timeline.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and enforce safety protocols.
• Ensure that civil and structural construction activities comply with environmental regulations and permits.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers, subcontractors, and vendors involved in the installation process.
• Oversee daily site operations to ensure work is completed efficiently and on schedule.
• Assist in development and implementing of civil and structural construction plans, schedules and budgets.
