Job summary

Ho Sin Construction Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a capable Civil & Structural Engineer to design, analyze and plan civil and structural works for ongoing projects.

The role requires coordinating with consultants, contractors and authorities from inception to completion, ensuring compliance and timely submissions. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of local construction experience, fluent English, and strong project management and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of local construction experience.
• Proficient in MS Office/Excel.
• Able to work independently with minimal guidance.
• Fluent in English with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, analysis and planning for civil and structural works.
• Liaise with consultants, contractors and authorities from inception to completion.
• Responsible for timely submission of plans and reports to authorities and clients.
• Manage projects to meet time, cost and quality objectives.
• Coordinate and monitor site progress, conduct site inspections and attend meetings.
• Assist in other ad hoc duties as assigned.
