You will coordinate structural designs, drawings, and submissions to ensure compliance with project requirements, schedules and authority standards.

Qualifications

• Monitor consultants’ structural design progress against design and submission schedules.
• Review structural drawings for missing information, design discrepancies, clashes, and constructability issues.
• Coordinate design matters with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams for timely technical resolution.
• Manage drawing coordination across civil, structural, architectural and M&E disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor drawing registers and submission schedules for timely review, approval and issuance of construction drawings.
• Work with BIM modelers to prepare and review shop drawings with accurate dimensions and construction requirements.
• Provide clear technical instructions and guidance to BIM modelers and drafters and review drawings for accuracy.
• Identify critical structural details, sections and interfaces required for construction and technical resolution.
• Coordinate with construction team and subcontractors to prepare and submit materials, material specs, method statements and shop drawings for approval.
