Job summary

WELLTECH CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Surveyor to check surveying works on construction sites, establish demarcations and guide for construction to proceed at various sites.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or Land Surveying, at least 2 years' experience on HDB projects, and good communication skills; SISV membership is preferred. You should be able to work in a team and independently.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Civil/Structural), Land Surveying or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience in the HDB project.
• Prefer a member of SISV.
• Experienced in building alignment and setting out checking and replication of alignment and accuracy of all works.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• To check all surveying works on construction sites.
• Surveying, establish demarcations and guide for construction to proceed at various sites.
• To verified accuracy of survey data, measurement, and calculations.
• Ensure the correctness of build-up according to construction plans and drawing. Produce the building setting out plan for site construction.
• Assist, align and compliment Structural & Civil Engineering works.
