Job summary

V M Asia Pacific Construction Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Land Surveyor to perform setting out, establish survey controls, and conduct topographic surveys on active sites in Singapore.

You will verify construction works against design specifications, and prepare survey records, reports, and as-built drawings using total station, GPS, and leveling equipment. Coordination with engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of surveying experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform setting out of works based on drawings (alignment, levels, coordinates).
• Establish and maintain survey control points (horizontal and vertical).
• Conduct topographic surveys and site measurements.
• Verify construction works for design compliance and accuracy.
• Prepare and update survey records, reports, and as-built drawings.
• Operate survey instruments such as total station, GPS, and levelling equipment.
• Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors on survey requirements.
• Identify and report discrepancies between site conditions and drawings.
