Job summary

Lim Wen Heng Construction in Singapore is seeking a site coordinator to support Senior Engineers and Project Managers on progress, quality control, and safety on site. The role involves coordinating with subcontractors, clients, and consultants to ensure compliant project execution.

You will assist in planning, documentation, and submissions while producing weekly site progress reports. A civil engineering degree and ability to work in a fast-paced environment are required, with HDB experience

Qualifications

• Minimum degree in civil engineering from recognized universities
• Experience in Building Construction Projects (HDB Experience preferred)
• Able to work under fast paced environment
• Willing to learn
• Experienced candidates may be considered for more senior positions

Responsibilities

• Assist Senior Engineers and PM on the progress of the project.
• Assist in QAQC inspection
• Ensure the safety on the area that you are in charge with the assistant from the safety department.
• Supervise the subcontractor work to make sure that the method and material use is approved.
• Attend progress meeting, coordinate with the contractor, suppliers on all project implementation issues and attend site meetings when required.
• Site work inspection on work progress to ensure quality control in accordance to meet authority requirements.
• Coordinate internally with inter-department and externally with clients & consultants.
• Coordinating for the project planning, documentation and execution of works on site.
• Coordination, supervision & monitoring the progress of the project works on site, manpower mobilization, materials planning & ordering.
• Coordinate for all submission.
• Produce weekly site progress report and necessary submission.
