IAQ ENGINEERING (SG) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Civil Engineer to support and coordinate civil and structural construction activities in Singapore.

You will ensure works are performed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with approved drawings and project requirements, while coordinating with subcontractors, consultants, clients, and suppliers. The role emphasizes planning, technical coordination, and quality control, with involvement in inspections, RFIs, and documentation to support project

Qualifications

Bachelor's/Diploma in Civil or Structural Engineering or related field.
0–5 years of construction experience; fresh graduates welcomed.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
Knowledge of reinforced concrete, structural steel, earthworks, drainage, and general civil works.
Familiarity with AutoCAD and MS Office; knowledge of BIM or related software is an advantage.
Good communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily civil and structural construction activities.
Monitor subcontractors' manpower, equipment, materials, and progress.
Ensure works comply with approved drawings, specifications, ITPs, and project requirements.
Coordinate earthworks, piling, reinforced concrete, structural works, drainage, roads, and external works.
Conduct site inspections and resolve issues to prevent schedule delays.
Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and maintain site records.
