Bureau Veritas Buildings & Infrastructure Pte. Ltd. is seeking an on-site Civil Engineer to assist the Resident Engineer in supervising tunnelling and related civil works.

You will coordinate with contractors and stakeholders, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with drawings, specs, and safety standards on the tunnel project in Singapore. The role requires a Diploma in Civil Engineering and at least 3 years of relevant tunnel or civil construction experience, with strong site inspection

Formación

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in tunnel, MRT, underground, or civil construction projects.
• Experience in site supervision and inspection of civil works.
• Familiar with construction drawings, specifications, and site documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Resident Engineer and project team in supervising tunnelling and associated civil works on site.
• Monitor and inspect construction activities to ensure works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and relevant stakeholders on site-related technical and construction matters.
• Maintain proper site records, inspections, reports, and documentation as required.
• Attend site inspections, coordination meetings, and technical meetings.
• Monitor work progress and highlight any non-conformances, safety concerns, or quality issues to the Resident Engineer.
• Ensure compliance with project quality, safety, and environmental requirements.
