Job summary

Ley Choon Constructions and Engineering Pte Ltd is offering a Management Associate Programme in Singapore. This 6-month accelerated rotation provides exposure to core project management functions, including planning, scheduling, coordination with stakeholders, contract administration, and operational delivery.

As an MA, you’ll work alongside Project Managers and Operations teams to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline recognized by the Professional Engineers Board (PEB) Singapore.
• Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are highly encouraged to apply!
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Site Execution & Resource Allocation: Support day-to-day field operations, project scheduling, and material/resource planning to ensure work progresses safely within target timelines and budgets.
• Structured Rotational Exposure: Complete a 6-month rotation across core operational functions (Site Operations, Project Planning & Control, and Administration) to build end-to-end project expertise.
• Technical Documentation & Coordination: Assist in preparing progress reports, technical submittals, and SOPs while coordinating closely with clients, subcontractors, and consultants.
• Continuous Improvement & Knowledge Sharing: Present key project takeaways during monthly sharing sessions and contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance team operational efficiency.
