Job summary
Keppel invites graduates to join the Keppel Associate Programme, a 2-year programme with rotations across Fund Management and Investment platforms. You will gain hands-on experience in investment management, financial modelling, underwriting and portfolio analysis, with exposure to real assets across real estate, infrastructure and data centres.
Participants rotate through at least one distinct role, with cross-functional assignments and leadership development opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics or related discipline.
- Strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities.
- Detail-oriented with ownership and problem-solving.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word; financial modelling a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; stakeholder engagement.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, able to manage multiple priorities.
- Aligned with Keppel’s core values.
Responsibilities
- Analyse investment opportunities and interpret financial data.
- Prepare financial models, valuation and deal analysis.
- Support deal execution and portfolio monitoring.
- Present investment insights to internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate across internal and external teams.
- Demonstrate learning agility in a fast-paced environment.
