Job summary

SG ENVIRO PTE. LTD. invites an Assistant Engineer cum Document Controller to support project engineering and documentation on Jurong Island.

You will prepare and update technical drawings, manage project deliverables, and ensure timely distribution to clients, contractors and internal teams. Responsibilities include uploading drawings, maintaining document registers, updating client documents, performing AutoCAD drafting, and coordinating with project stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering or related technical discipline with relevant experience.
• 2–3 years of document control/project documentation experience.
• Familiar with engineering documentation such as drawings, specifications, TQRs, and vendor documents.
• Proficient in AutoCAD drafting and revision of technical drawings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and document management systems.

Responsibilities

• Upload and issue project drawings, documents, TQRs, and other deliverables.
• Maintain document registers, reports, submissions, and transmittals.
• Track and update incoming client documents, including drawings, TQR replies, submissions, reviews, comments, and acknowledgements.
• Prepare, revise, and update technical drawings and project documents as required.
• Provide general engineering and documentation support to the Project Manager and project team.
• Coordinate effectively with clients, contractors, engineers, and internal project teams.
