Job summary

AH BOON CIVIL ENGINEERING & BUILDING CONTRACTOR PTE LTD in Singapore seeks a detail-oriented drafter to develop and maintain technical drawings for civil and building projects. You will work with engineers and project managers to ensure accurate documentation and timely submissions.

This role requires proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office, plus a minimum of 2 years in the construction industry, with strong document control and compliance skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or equivalent as stated.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office for creating and managing technical drawings and documentation.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in the construction industry to effectively perform core duties.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dimensional and non-dimensional drawings for project layouts to support construction planning
• Revise technical drawings based on instructions and comments from engineers to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Create computer-generated drawings including cable detection drawings, isometrics, details, plans, schedules, and data sheets for project documentation
• Coordinate and prepare technical specifications in collaboration with Project Managers and Engineers to facilitate drawing submissions and approvals
• Maintain organized document control and filing systems to ensure easy retrieval and compliance with project requirements
• Perform additional related duties as assigned by supervisors to support project needs and team objectives
