Job summary

FAB CARE ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced CAD drafter to support building projects in Singapore. The role involves AutoCAD drafting, CADMATIC, MTO, and QA/QC document control, with coordination for client revisions and site reporting.

You will contribute to project planning and the procurement process, aiding the project team to ensure smooth progress and timely delivery of construction works.

Qualifications

• Experience with AutoCAD drafting for building projects.
• Knowledge of CAD MATIC and MS Office.
• Experience in material take off (MTO) and dimensional reports.
• QA/QC documentation control experience.
• Coordinate revisions with clients and site team.

Responsibilities

• Checking and inspecting the quality of works during construction.
• Checking actual construction according to drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with the clients for revisions on drawings and in actual construction and submit weekly site works progress report to the client.
• Project planning.
• Materials and Resources forecasting and procurement process.
• Execution of the entire building's structures and finishes with project team for smoothing the work progress.
• Office administrator works
