Qualifications

• Experience in cost planning and commercial management for civil projects.
• Ability to review tenders, quotations and claims.
• Experience with interim payment applications and final accounts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review project budgets, cost estimates, and financial forecasts.
• Analyse subcontractor tenders, quotations, and claims to assess their commercial viability.
• Carry out quantity take-offs and prepare interim payment applications, variation claims, and final account settlements.
• Assist in contract negotiations, review contractual terms, and maintain proper contract records.
• Monitor project costs against approved budgets and highlight potential financial risks or cost overruns.
• Work closely with internal project teams, clients, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve commercial and contractual issues.
