Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, supervision, and management of major land reclamation and port development projects.
• Draft technical and tender specifications for consultancy and construction works; administer contracts and manage variations.
• Oversee construction supervision teams and ensure compliance with specifications, drawings, and schedules.
• Track project progress against schedules; monitor contractor programmes and implement mitigation measures.
• Manage project budgets, expenditures, and variation orders; ensure proper documentation.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, internal teams, and agencies for smooth execution.
• Liaise with government agencies and stakeholders to address project requirements.
