LITEC ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. seeks a Drafter in Singapore to develop shop drawings and As-built drawings, while advancing BIM models and production techniques for multiple concurrent projects.

The role requires proficiency in Revit, Tekla, AutoCAD and Microsoft Office, with experience in costing and pricing. You will coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, consultants and suppliers, and support procurement activities.

Qualifikationen

• Degree or postgraduate master's in Engineering (Civil, Structural and BIM) or related field recognised by PE/educational bodies.
• Proficiency in Revit, Tekla, AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Experience in costing and pricing.
• Able to handle multiple projects within tight timelines.
• 5.5 day working week.

• Prepare shop drawings and As-built drawings.
• Model development, construction, documentation and production techniques.
• Assist in general quantity surveying duties: pre/post contract, take-offs, cost control, variations, tender admin, material inquiries & procurement.
• Monitor site progress and confirm obligations of sub-contractors, vendors, consultant, architect and suppliers.
• Follow up on materials orders or certifications with purchasers.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in general quantity surveying duties such as pre/post contract duties,taking-off quantities, cost control, variations, finalization of cost and tender administrative duties and Material Inquiries & procurement.

• Follow up materials order or certification with purchaser

Requirements:

• Degree or postgraduate master's in Engineering (Civil ,Structural and BIM)or related field recognised by Professional Engineers (Approved Qualifications)/ Singapore Institute of Technology. / National University of Singapore, the Nanyang Technological University / the Singapore University of Technology and Design/ Commissioner-specified/Resident Engineer-accepted institution.
• Familiarize in all construction trades and practical aspects of structural joinery works an advantage
• Proficiency in Revit , Tekla , Autocad, Microsoft office
• Experience in costing and pricin
• Able to work on Multiple projects, Within simultaneous timeline
• Working Hour: 5.5 days
