Job summary

Recruit Expert Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Civil/Structural Drafter to produce detailed construction drawings and shop drawings.

You will develop 2D AutoCAD drawings, coordinate with engineers and architects, and manage revision control to support project planning, site execution, and documentation. Qualified candidates hold a Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering with at least 5 years of drafting experience, and are proficient in AutoCAD and BIM software (Revit).

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of drafting experience in the Construction/Engineering sector.
• Proficient in AutoCAD; good knowledge of Revit or BIM software.
• Familiar with local construction codes, standards, and drafting practices.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed construction drawings including shop drawings, RC shop drawings, reinforcement layouts, excavation plans, and structural steel detailing based on approved designs and instructions.
• Develop and update 2D AutoCAD drawings to support project planning, site execution, and documentation.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project teams to ensure drawings are aligned with design requirements and project specifications.
• Maintain drawing records, manage revisions, and prepare submission packages for internal review and external authorities.
• Ensure all drawings comply with relevant Singapore regulatory requirements and standards.
