Ideal candidates will have over 10 years of experience in detail shop drawings and at least 5 years in LTA projects within Singapore. • Generate construction drawings for viaduct structures.
• Prepare Concrete Body and Setting‑Out Plans with full interface coordination.

Job description

Job Responsibilities

• Generate construction drawings for viaduct structures
• Prepare Concrete Body and Setting‑Out Plans incorporating all integrated information, including recesses, box‑outs, and embedded items, with full interface coordination and interference checks
• Prepare Rebar Shop Drawings with consideration for rebar arrangement, sequencing, and site workability
• Prepare Post‑Tensioning (PT) Detail Drawings, including PT duct profiles and related details
• Review and check drawings for accuracy, constructability, and coordination
• Provide drafting and technical support during the construction stage, including handling site queries and preparing drawing revisions
• Maintain drawing registers and manage drawing revisions in accordance with project requirements
• Prepare as‑built drawings based on approved changes and site records

Job Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in detail shop drawings
• Minimum 5 years of experience in LTA projects (Singapore)
• High proficiency in AutoCAD, including relevant add‑on software for civil drafting
• Strong understanding of civil construction drawings, detailing standards, and coordination requirements
• Engineering background knowledge and the ability to propose alternative solutions to site issues will be an advantage

Working Hours

• 8am to 6pm (Mon to Fri)
• 8am to 12pm (Sat)
