Job summary

RAITO KOGYO CO., LTD SINGAPORE BRANCH is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to support drafting of CAD drawings and cost estimations on site-based projects. You will work with engineers to ensure accurate budgeting and budgeting alignment with project requirements.

You will measure quantities, prepare bills of quantities, and manage interim payments, while coordinating with clients, suppliers, and site teams to administer contracts and final accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of quantity surveying experience with site exposure.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to manage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support engineers to do drafting of CAD drawing.
• Prepare bills of quantities to enable accurate project budgeting and cost estimation.
• Measure construction quantities using drawings, site measurements, and project specifications to ensure precise cost tracking.
• Apply construction and engineering principles to assess project requirements and support quantity surveying activities.
• Analyze project costs to evaluate financial performance and manage budgets effectively throughout project lifecycles.
• Manage interim payments and claims by coordinating with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions.
• Collaborate with site teams to administer contracts, including managing main contracts, subcontract agreements, interim payments, and final accounts.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
