Job summary

Soligen Construction & Engineering Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support RC construction projects in Singapore. You will perform site measurements, monitor costs, and manage payment claims and final accounts.

Ideal candidates have a degree in Building Quantity Surveying, strong AutoCAD and Excel skills, and at least 7 years in the Singapore construction sector. Role requires coordinating with clients and contractors.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in the Singapore construction industry (RC works preferred).
• Experience with site measurements and construction cost control.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Excel for quantity surveying tasks.

Responsibilities

• Carry out site measurements and quantify works.
• Manage costing and budgeting for ongoing and tender projects.
• Process payment claims and final accounts promptly and accurately.
• Liaise with clients and main contractors to resolve issues.
• Review terms and conditions of contracts and highlight risks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
