Job summary

HAMORU ENGINEERING PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a Civil Engineer to support project planning and documentation in Singapore. You will assist the Project Manager with tender planning, equipment and manpower planning, and work programmes, contributing to on-site project delivery.

The role requires a degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, 1–2 years of experience (fresh graduates welcome), and strong planning and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from a recognised institution.
• 1–2 years of working experience as a Civil Engineer. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organisational and interpersonal skills with the confidence to communicate effectively.
• Independent, proactive, and self-motivated.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project planning software will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in project planning: tender prep, plant/equipment, manpower, and work programmes.
• Prepare technical and project documentation: method statements, risk registers, JSAs, and quality plans.
• Coordinate with project teams and departments to support planning and execution.
