Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or construction related major.
• Able to work at site.
• Good written and spoken communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proficient in AUTOCAD.
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines with minimum supervision.
• Strong initiative and resourcefulness.

Responsibilities

• Assist project managers and Planning & Engineering Department in all aspects of project management.
• Understudy and understand construction activities, planning, implementation and monitoring of work programmes.
• Liaise with material suppliers for technical issues and coordinate site activities with main contractors.
• Handle technical and engineering problems; prepare drawings if needed.
• Prepare reports and method statements as required by contractors and owners.
• Manage and supervise workers; monitor on-site safety.
• Supervise ongoing site activities.

• Assist the project managers/Planning & Engineering Department in all aspects of project management related works.
• Understudy and understand the construction activities and progress, planning, implementation and monitoring work schedules in accordance to the master and detailed work program.
• Liaise with material suppliers for technical issues and coordinate the site activities with main contractors.
• Handling of technical and engineering problems/Graph Drawing if needed.
• Prepare reports and method statements following requirements by main contractors and project owners.
• Manage and control workers and monitor their work closely to keep site safe.
• Supervise ongoing site activities closely.

Requirement

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or construction related major
• Able to work at site
• Good written and spoken communication skills
• Competent with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Power Point etc.)
• Proficient in AUTOCAD
