Job summary

CHARTWORTH ENTERPRISE SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Civil Engineer to assist in planning, design, and execution of residential projects in Singapore.

The role involves coordinating with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure drawings and specifications are followed and safety requirements are met. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, with preference for those having 2–3 years of related experience in residential works.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering (PE Board Approved) is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, design, and execution of civil and structural works for residential projects.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.
• Review and interpret engineering drawings, structural plans, and technical specifications.
• Monitor construction works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Attend site meetings and provide technical input where required.
• Perform other engineering duties related to the successful completion of residential projects.
