Job summary
CHINA ENERGY ENGINEERING GROUP SHANXI ELECTRIC POWER ENGINEERING CO., LTD. (SINGAPORE BRANCH) is seeking a Civil/Design Engineer to lead civil design and coordination for renewable energy and storage projects in Singapore and the region.
You will work with C&S consultants, prepare drawings and specifications, and ensure designs comply with BCA/SCDF safety standards while supporting project timelines and budgets.
Qualifications
- Diploma/ITE in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Familiarity with civil/structural design and consultancy work.
- Knowledge of local regulations such as BCA/SCDF is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Civil & Structural (C&S) consultants to develop structural schemes and perform analyses.
- Design civil engineering aspects for renewable energy and storage projects, including infrastructure, drainage, site prep, and earthworks.
- Oversee design and implementation of civil elements ensuring compliance with standards and safety requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, internal teams, and authorities to ensure timely project delivery.
- Attend project meetings and site visits, contributing technical input and solutions to engineering challenges.
- Ensure construction processes and site activities meet local regulations and company standards.
