Job summary

Logicalis Asia Pacific seeks a Cisco UC engineer to join a regional team, focusing on ITSM-based support, operational stability, and collaboration with global partners across APAC. You will handle CUCM, Unity, Jabber, and related UC components, ensuring high availability and performance of voice services.

You will document procedures, work with vendors, and pursue certifications to grow expertise in Cisco UC ecosystems while delivering customer-focused service.

Qualifications

• Experience with CUCM, Unity Connection, Cisco IMP, Jabber and UC platforms.
• Strong background in Cisco Telepresence and voice networks.
• Knowledge of 3rd party integration with CUCM (Verint/Calabrio).
• Prefer certifications (CCNP/CCIE Collab).
• Customer-oriented with clear communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand ITSM processes and support operations responsibilities.
• Manage ticketing platform and support emails during office hours.
• Troubleshoot and remediate Cisco UC systems and related components.
• Coordinate with vendors, clients, and engineers for incident resolution.
• Update and maintain system documentation and user guides.
• Support 3rd party integration with Cisco UC systems.
• Stay current with UC trends and security considerations.
