Job summary

Nanyang Technological University’s NBS seeks a Programme Coordinator to drive the Community Immersion Programme (CIP), coordinating local and overseas workstreams with students, faculty, alumni mentors, NGOs and partner universities.

You will leverage data, digital tools and AI-powered approaches to enhance mentor matching, tracking and reporting, while identifying process improvements to scale the programme efficiently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma with 3–4 years of work experience.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities for data-driven decisions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee assigned CIP projects and workstreams from planning through implementation and follow-up.
• Manage multiple project timelines, milestones and stakeholder deliverables.
• Develop relationships with students, faculty, alumni mentors, NGOs and partner universities.
• Support partner/mentee matching based on project requirements.
• Analyse alumni and programme data to support mentor matching, tracking and reporting.
• Identify process improvements, including digital tools and AI applications to boost efficiency.
• Plan logistics for CIP launches, mentor sessions and student presentations.
• Track participation and prepare dashboards and updates for management and donors.
• Analyse feedback to identify trends and opportunities to enhance programme effectiveness.
